Welcome to our website! We are your hosts, Rita-Maria Wiesli and Damian Fry, and would like to introduce ourselves briefly.

Rita comes from the Canton Appenzell. After she had successfully finished her apprenticeship as a cook in St. Gallen, she travelled to Australia to get a good look at the world. After returning she first worked for one season at the Hostellerie Sternen in Flüelen and went on to the "Dolder Grand" in Zurich, to get acquainted with 5-star gastronomy. Now at the "Krone" she sees to ambience and service and places your wellbeing first.

Damian comes from the Canton Uri. He grew up in the Hospental, close to Andermatt.
Of all the years he has worked in different Gourmet Restaurants, surely those working with Jacky Donatz in Zurich have had the greatest impact on him. His training as a sommelier was a dream fulfilled. He successfully completed his studies by obtaining the Sommelier Diploma. Now at the "Krone" he reigns supreme in his kitchen, to spoil you with the exciting menus and tasty meals he composes.
